This policy applies to devnixo.com and to the personal data we process when you contact us, use our client portal, or work with us as a client. “We” means Devnixo; “you” means the visitor, lead, or client.

We collect only what we need to run our business with you:

• Contact details you give us directly — name, email, company, phone — when you submit a form or email us.
• Project information — your description, budget range, and timeline from inquiry forms.
• Account data — login credentials (stored hashed) and profile details for client-portal users.
• Technical data — anonymized analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.

We use your data to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
• Deliver projects, provide support, and manage the client relationship.
• Operate and secure our website and client portal.
• Meet legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and tax records).

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where data-protection law requires a basis, we process data on the grounds of your consent (e.g. marketing contact), contract performance (delivering your project), legitimate interests (running and securing our services), and legal obligation.

A small set of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf — for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit them to acting on our instructions. We do not grant them any independent right to use your data.

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on dormant conversations. Client project data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus 6 years for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

We protect data with encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data like our own.
