Questions, answered

Everything people usually ask before starting a project with us. Still curious? Get in touch.

Every engagement follows the same five stages: Discovery (we map goals, users, and constraints), Design (wireframes and UI you approve before a line of code), Build (weekly demos of working software), Launch (testing, deployment, and handover), and Support (monitoring and iteration after go-live). You always know what happens next and what it costs.

It depends on scope, but as a rough guide: focused MVPs start around $5k, full web or mobile products typically land between $15k and $50k, and larger platform builds go beyond that. After a discovery call you'll receive a fixed proposal — no open-ended hourly billing unless you specifically want it.

A focused MVP takes 4–8 weeks, a full web or mobile app usually 8–16 weeks, and complex platforms 4–6 months. We commit to a timeline in the proposal and ship working software every week so progress is never a black box.

Our core stack is Next.js / React / TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js and Python on the backend, and PostgreSQL for data. For mobile we build with React Native and Flutter. For AI features we integrate modern LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and automation tooling. We choose boring, proven technology by default and reach for the new only when it earns its place.

Both. Startups come to us for MVPs they can launch and fundraise on; established companies come to us for new products, rebuilds, and dedicated engineering capacity. What matters is a clear goal, not company size.

Yes. We start with a structured audit — architecture, security, dependencies, and test coverage — then give you an honest report: what's salvageable, what's risky, and what it will take to get the codebase healthy. You'll never get a blind 'rewrite everything' recommendation.

Yes. Every build includes a launch-warranty period for bug fixes, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans covering monitoring, security updates, backups, and small iterations. You're never left holding a repo you can't run.

You do. Full ownership of the codebase, designs, and IP transfers to you on final payment. We keep nothing locked away — you'll have repository access and documentation from day one.

You'll have a direct line to the team — a shared channel for daily updates, a weekly demo of working software, and a single point of contact who owns your project end to end. No account-manager telephone games.

Absolutely. We're happy to sign your NDA before the first call, or provide ours. Your idea and your data stay confidential either way.

Just the outline: what you're building, who it's for, and what success looks like. Reference products, sketches, or docs help but aren't required — shaping a rough idea into a clear spec is part of our job.

Yes. We take on UI/UX-only engagements: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and a design system your in-house team can build from. And if you later want us to build it too, the handoff is seamless.

Yes — it's one of our specialties. We build AI chat assistants, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, document processing pipelines, and workflow automation on top of modern LLMs, always with guardrails, evaluation, and cost controls in place.
