Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

We keep cookies to a minimum: what's needed for the site to work, plus privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising trackers.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use browser local storage for the same purposes. Together we call them “cookies” here.

2. Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary: session and security cookies that keep you signed in to the client portal and protect forms (e.g. CSRF tokens). The site can't function without these.
  • Preferences: remembering choices like theme or UI settings, stored only on your device.
  • Analytics: anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (pages visited, referrers) so we can improve the site. We configure analytics to avoid identifying individuals.

We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or social-media tracking cookies.

3. Third-party cookies

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) may set operational cookies strictly necessary to deliver their service. Embedded content, if any, comes from providers with their own cookie policies, which we link where practical.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — every major browser documents this under “privacy” or “cookies”. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and form submissions.

5. Changes

If our cookie usage changes materially, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
